Congratulations to the NAACP DeKalb ACT-SO Olympians that have scored big at the national competition. National ACT-SO competition was held in Atlantic City, New Jersey, July 14-17, 2022. These are the first-round winners announced from DeKalb County, GA. This year nine of our students qualified to compete at the national level. ACT-SO is the Afro-Academic, Cultural, Technological and Scientific Olympics. ACT-SO is a yearlong achievement program designed to recruit, stimulate, and encourage high academic achievement among black high school students.
