We have received your membership application and appreciate your investment.
The DeKalb County branch started in 1955 and we have worked to ensure the political, educational, social, and economic equality of rights of all persons and to eliminate race-based discrimination. Now more than ever, we need your help in this ongoing effort to create a society in which all individuals have equal rights without discrimination based on race.
To help make your volunteerism a fruitful and meaningful experience, we want to give you access to the tools of our organization. The first thing to do is go to naacpdekalb.org. This is a great way to increase your awareness of our organizational goals and resources. Next, be ready to identify the committee that you will join based on your interest and skill sets.
