Request for Media Development

Please use this form to request support services for your next committee project that requires media or promotional material. This information will help the developers plan and deliver to your expectations.

Here are a few considerations in planning.

1. Check the EVENTBRITE box when your committee has an event (even if the event is FREE ADMISSION) to insure we develop a link to capture participants attending.
2. Give enough time before the event for development. Typically, we can start a promotional campaign 90 days before the event. Allow time for your review of the draft and of course to make changes.
3. Plan up to two weeks from request to final development of the media.
4. When you need coverage of an event, please allow at least a week advance notice for photographs and/or video of the event.
